Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production ever since the year 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more accurate placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system provides much more accurate placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers provide various optional attachments and these telehandlers are available to help you accomplish all your needs, while being efficient and safe at the worksite. When both accuracy and precision are really vital, leave it to a Lull telehandler to accomplish everything you need.
The Future
Numerous attachments have been engineered and made to be able to make rough terrain forklifts as functional as possible. Booms, winches and rotating fork carriages allow the forklift to position materials in a more accurate way. The articulating booms or booms are available in 2 different extendible arms and can reach up and over structures so as to position loads on interior roof slope settings or in the center of upper floors. New products and attachments are being developed and designed all the time and would debut in the future.
With extra safety features becoming more prevalent, several improvements have been made. For example, load-reach management devices could restrict the forklift's reach automatically, based on the load being handled rather than relying on the operator. Pressure sensors are used to be able to know the load weight. This information is sent to a tiny electronic memory device which had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
Once the load is being placed into position, the memory will compare the boom's extension and the boom's angle with the safety limits. There is an essential lock-up device or a warning system that prevents the operator from over-reaching and potentially causing the boom to fail or the forklift to tip over.
