Various businesses like for example Scrap Handling, Steel Mills, Waste to Energy, Bulk Transfer Facilities and numerous other material handling facilities are presently relying on our buckets and grabs to get their tasks done.
The design philosophy at Peiner has always revolved around delivering grabs that deal with the biggest volume of material vs. grab dead weight. The standard handling ratio for Peiner grabs and buckets is roughly 60/40, meaning material dead weight of 60 percent versus grab dead weight of 40 percent. This means transporting more quantities of materials quicker. The wear and tear on the crane structure and its related components is less. Through a combination of innovative design and high quality materials with manufacturing, the required weight ratio is attained.
Grab sizes would vary from 1 cubic yard or less to more than 50 cubic yards in order to meet the needs of the customer. Peiner USA Inc. also provides a complete spare parts facility and service facility for the models purchased in the USA, as well as the addition of new buckets and grabs.
